I'll be transferring all of my knowledge to you, I'll give you tips on what properties are strong investments, good areas to purchase, how to leverage your money to get the best return on your investment, I’ll also put you in touch with my professional contacts in the Buy to Let world. I used to charge £1,000 upfront for my mentorship, however I decided to restructure my fees in order to make the mentoring more valuable for my clients. The new upfront fee is £499 for 2 hours of one-to-one mentorship from myself. I'm flexible with how this time is spread over the month, so if you prefer 4 sessions of 30 minutes that’s fine with me. Additionally if you would like to continue your mentoring after the 1st month I will only charge you £299 per additional month. The new fee structure means that you only pay when you are becoming successful yourself, hence my reason for changing the fee structure. An example of fees paid to me would be: - No fee for initial discussion - No fee for mortgage assessment to see if your suitable for BTL investing - If you are suitable to start BTL investing you will pay an upfront fee of just £499 for your first month mentoring. Ongoing fees if your successful: - £399 fee for a successful remortgage to release funds and get you a better mortgage deal. - £199 per BTL mortgage that you are accepted for. If you check online, you will see other property mentors will charge you up to £10,000 for a training package and you wouldn’t have purchased a property.
